Professor Marvin Barham, DMin
Dr. Marvin Barham is senior pastor of Jubilee International Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He also oversees Jubilee College International School of Ministry, a satellite campus of Jubilee College International.
As pastor and prophet, he has served in ministry for over 20 years. A sought after speaker, Dr. Barham travels nationally and internationally, spreading the gospel and prophetic ministry throughout cities and churches in Mexico, South Africa, and Brazil. He is currently an apostle to churches in Morelos and Allende, MX, and Lonoke, AR.
Dr. Barham preaches from a Hebraic perspective with prophetic revelation. He carries a strong passion for saving the lost, discipling the nations, and feeding God’s sheep with the uncompromising Word of Truth. God has placed on his heart to see the restoration of the New Testament church with the voice of God carried throughout the earth.
He ministers in the areas of preaching, teaching, healing, prophetic ministry, praise and worship, and inspirational fine art. He has ministered in diverse denominations, including Baptist, Presbyterian, Methodist, and Messianic congregations, and oversees the Arkansas Ministers Network.
Dr. Barham holds a BA in Art from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a Masters of Religious Education (MRE) and Middle Eastern Studies from the American Institute for Advanced Biblical Studies and a Doctorate of Ministry (DMin) from Jubilee College International. He is a Fellow in the Oxford Graduate School Society of Scholars and is currently working on a PhD of Theology. He has also studied Holocaust History under instruction of professors from Hebrew University at the Yad Vashem Institute in Jerusalem, Israel.
After serving in the Arkansas Army National Guard for over twenty years, Dr. Barham retired as a Major (Infantry/Airborne/Air Assault). He has also served as a chaplain of the Arkansas Army National Guard motorcycle club, and Vice President of the Arkansas National Guard Officers Christian Fellowship. He attended the US Army Command and General Staff College.
He oversees Han Martial Arts for Missions ministry and is a 1st Degree Black Belt. He also runs a Christ-centered martial arts ministry (hanmartialarts.org).
Other interests and activities include being a member of Highway and Hedges motorcycle ministry, Patriot riders, and an Associate Staff member of Campus Crusade for Christ Military Ministry. He has served as chaplain for Grandmaster Han’s Martial Arts (GMHMA) of Arkansas, and POP Warner Youth Football League. He has served as a board member for the Children of Arkansas Loved for a Lifetime (CALL) and co-chair of the Arkansas Ministers Network.
Dr. Barham has taught homeschool coop courses in Biblical worldview, apologetics, speech communications, fine arts, and world history. He and his wife Angie homeschool their five children and reside in North Little Rock, AR.
