Rico Cortes is an international speaker and president of Wisdom in Torah Ministry and Teshuva.tv, which is a Spanish, internet TV station. He focuses his teachings on the context of Scriptures based on Ancient Near Eastern Studies and researching the Jerusalem Temple and its functions. 

 

Rico believes that it is imperative to investigate the Bible from a cultural background perspective, being that Scripture was written for us, but not to us. Also, his research on the Temple has given him a better understanding of the language in the New Testament.

Rico holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Ancient Near Eastern Studies and Biblical History from Kidron Christian College and Seminary.
